Dr. Mak has very poor communication skills and did not respond to questions through email. This was an online class so the only form of communication was email. Extra credit for finishing work early. Powerpoints contradicted the text.

By far the worst professor i have ever had. She is unable to explain anything. No class room magt skils and is very unorganized. She has not clue what is going on most of the time. Sometimes we would come to class just to play an hour and forty-five minutes of board games! I wouldnt advise anyone to take this class!

How does she teach Sports Managment/Marketing classes when she has ZERO experience in the field outside the classroom. Doesn't appreciate student input in discussion. Always thinks she is right. Very hard to follow.If she gets tenure it will be a joke!!
