I took her for a late-start online Speech class in the fall. The book is a MUST. The discussions and speeches depend on it. Everything is weighed heavily on your grade. Miss one speech and you are not allowed to submit your final, which is a redo speech. Medical issues mean nothing to her. Its not an excuse for late work.

WORST TEACHER EVER. I hated her class. she will try to lower your confidence in her class. I am fresh out of high school and she tried to play me like I'm stupid! She is super sarcastic and annoying I cannot stand her class at all. I'm sure many others feel the same way.

She is hard and you have to read, and she dislikes lazy students who don't work. But she was always available to help and really cared. I went to see her for multiple assignments, and she was nice and kind. I got an A, but I worked for it.

Literally horrible experience and she made me hate literature. Anytime I would try to talk to her about something she have the most sarcastic attitude and I really felt she wanted me to fail. Not helpful at all, and she thinks shes one of the best professors but she falls far from that. She also has a hard time speaking to her students like adults

Horrible prof. On a major power trip. Screams when students pack up early. likes to make students feel inferior and majorly criticizes work, will call you out in front of entire class for things you cannot control. TONS and TONS of homework. Would never recommend ever.

She's a great professor. She cares about her students and their grades. You can talk to her if you ever have a question about a grade or anything and she would love to help. You have to speak in front of the class and she was great because she helps you to over come your fear. I love talking in front of people now thanks to her!

She clearly has a passion for the subject and I can honestly say she is the best teacher I've ever had in my 16 years of education. Yes, there is a lot of work, but I walk away from this class with a greater appreciation for Literature. Engaging, insightful and charismatic. Would definitely recommend her!

I liked Myskowski because she always had up to date grades. She was definitely a tough grader, but gave great feedback and allowed you to revise your work. There is a lot of reading in the course, so if you don't like to read, I wouldn't take her. She gives quizzes that have to do with the reading, so you have to read to pass.

I am an adult learner returning to school at age 51. It is obvious when you take Professor Jennifer Myskowski"s class that she loves, and is good at, what she does. She is fair and helpful. She wants each student to reach for their own personal best. You get a top quality university professor at a community college price with Professor Myskowski.

Took for Speech as a recommendation from another student. She is great in teaching you how to better, or polish your speech skill but you have to be willing to work for it. Definitely learned a lot about communication not just public speaking. Reading on your own will be a plus.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I had problems meeting the required 3-5 audience members for her speech class (due to my situation at home, which I could not control). Provided no assistance to make up speeches even when asked for help. She is one of the worst teachers I ever had, appears to be on a power trip, likes to make you feel inferior.

I took the speech class online, and although in the beginning it seemed overwhelming, it really wasn't bad. If you log on at least 4 times a week, hand in all your assignments on time (there really aren't many) you're good! She gives great feedback, follow what she says.

Prof. Myskowski is a wonderfully smart woman who can seem like she's a bit condescending at times, but that is only because she is so intelligent! I feel like she favors some students more so than others, but that's okay. As long as you participate and do well on the 3-4 essay assignments (3-5 pages each) you'll be fine and recognized for effort.

I have had Professor Myskowski now for two classes. English 106 (in class) & SpeechEnglish 111 (online). I Either online or in the class, she is organized, great with communication, clear expectations and really will work with you if you work hard for her. She pushes you in her classes to be so much better and finds topics that are interesting. 3
