offers SO MUCH extra credit! You are missing out big time if you do not do all the extra credit she offers. My finals grade jumped an entire letter grade just bc of the extra cred. Plus she is so sweet and genuinely wants you to learn about different disorders. Shares a lot of personal experience, I loved taking her class!

really nice lady, not very nice teacher. lots of work. hardest class ive taken yet. had to spend at least 4 hours outside of class working on assignments such as dvd observations, watching comm movies, and touring a health clinic. a lot of work for a introductory course. impossible tests. do not recommend taking it unless for core or major

Dr. Watson is a really nice and understanding lady butI found her tests to be a little tricky. I.E: the majority of her test questions in my class were multiple choice but most of them had an all of the above option which got really confusing. The material however, isn't too hard to learn

This class was not properly taught. She tired to jam as much information as she could into a intro class which got very confusing. Honestly avoid taking this class if you do not have to take it. It will put more stress and unnecessary work onto your already busy plate. There were many assignments that took hours at a time and don't get a grad.

Just do yourself a favor and do not take unless its for your major. The tests are extremely hard and the review takes days. She seems nice but isn't willing to help much. Offers a ton of extra credit which is nice but took too much time to study for. DO NOT TAKE

Her survey class was really interesting, but definitely tough. Her tests are really detailed and hard. Do the study guides for the tests! Definitely go to class and take lots of notes and study! Lots of extra credit opportunities are given. She is really nice and willing to help if you. Great class, just tough.

This class ridiculously difficult for a survey class. The final was stupid hard and took up way too much time to study for when I should have been spent it on other more important classes. Might be the worst class I've taken my entire college career. She takes the class way too seriously for a survey class that most people take for hours

I love Dr. Watson. I got a 68% (therefore a 68% in the class) on my first exam because I didn't study well, but i'm going into the final with a 97% in the class. She offers so much extra credit and genuinely wants you to get an A. She is very helpful and understanding. But the tests are tough, definitely study and take extra notes in class!

Dr. Watson is a great teacher but her tests are very specific. Do the study guides and do them in detail. They take a while so start them early. Take notes during lecture because a lot of the information for the tests is not on the power points. She's a sweet lady and gives a lot of extra credit so take advantage of that and do all of it!

She seems like a nice old lady, but honestly, she can be rude. She spends most of the lecture demonstrating the disorders herself, which can get annoying. I didn't learn much. Her tests are hard. You have to be super specific. Some of the stuff, she's never gone over. I wouldn't recommend her unless you HAVE to take this class. Hated this class.

This class was great. A majority of the test questions come from the questions from the end of each chapter. Others are from guest lecturers. Do study the chapter and come to class easy A! Loved this class very interesting!
