If you have the chance to take his online class, do it. Make sure that your papers get peer reviewed or you email him about it. If you pay attention to what he posts and give a strong argument, you're most likely to get a good grade on a paper. Make sure to stay on top of everything that he posts for you to do. He is very understanding.

I like Jerry. Hes informal, but very good at what he does. He is quirky, and different, but that's not a bad thing. He grades tough, but hes very fair and he will let you make revisions. I am not a fan of his lecs, but then again I am not a fan of any professors lectures haha. You will def get APA/MLA formatting down before you finish this class!

I am in argumentative and research writing and I highly suggest Doctor Burns. He keeps the class interesting but still gets down to business. You will definitely work for your grade, but you will be a better writer for it! Great class.
