I loved this class. I learned things actually relevant to everyday use of computers and enjoyed doing it. One of the best classes I have taken in college. Take him!!

Comment:

I have taken CSCE 101 and 102 with Dr. Currence and have loved both of those classes. Most of the assignments are solely from the textbooks, and in 102, if you finish them all before Thursday, you don't have to show up. So easy to get an A if you work hard and read through the material. 2-3 tries for each assignment, penalties for late submissions.

Comment:

Very easy class. Just have to complete assignments that deal with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. You just do the assignment, hand it in, and leave. I don't think the assignments ever took me more than 45 mins to complete. Gives homework sometimes (simple stuff). He's a very cool & friendly prof - helps you when you need it.

He is a great guy. Very helpful. I'm not good in math & he is great. I would advise taking him if you struggle because he will help you in any way he can. Doesn't give too much homework either. He has a great sense of humor too.
