One of the best professors I have ever had. His class was almost a spiritual event. If you are serious about painting then you do not want to miss his class!! He is not easy, and the panzy who who was complaining is probably just a slacker. Professor Cutler makes you work, but you will LEARN and it is worth it!

If you are serious about painting, you will not get a better education anywhere--get one of his classes while he is still teaching. Jerry Cutler knows painting--the direct line back from Poussin, Cezanne, Picasso, then Hoffman.

Everything the previous students wrote is accurate! I was a student of Cutler's over 15yrs ago. Sounds like some things simply never change. Don't allow him to squash your dreams. I haven't! The sky is the limit. Prove him wrong!!!

Comment:
He will take your dreams and crush them. He likes to hear himself babble on and on and on for hours. He is rude and uses archaic examples in lecture.
