I thought he was arrogant. He spoke about how much he loved the literature we read but he never actually lectured on it. I don't think he planned the course well. We had a week to read hamlet. He didn't lecture it, gave no explanation, and assumed that all of us could read Shakespeare. We watch movie scnes and yet he expected us to write an essay.
