Fr Oldani is one of the most brilliant minds you'll ever meet and yet he is absolutely humble. Love this teacher with all my heart and it is obvious he loves his students. He is demanding and quite understanding at the same time. A classic jesuit teacher with an unfathomably deep (and wide) intellect.

Class is easy to do decent. Get on his good side, because if he doesn't like you, he'll call you out to the class. If he does like you, he'll do anything he can to help you do well. He's very understanding if you're sick or finish an assignment late, just talk to him.

Easy class. Boring and dry lectures. He's kind of crazy and is not afraid to critcize your behavior if you do something wrong. Don't be late, he'll call you out. He laughs during class at random times, which is the only thing that makes class interesting. He's a nice guy if you participate in class and try to do your work.

Fr. Oldani is a crazy Jesuit. His sense of humor is ridiculous but if you can get passed him laughing at himself, he is a good teacher. He expects class participation and for students to be ON TIME! You will write lots of papers but he grades them fairly easy. Tests are not difficult either.

This was a fantastic class. Make sure you listen and pay attention. If you don't he may tell you that your spouse will leave you and your kids will never love you because you can't listen. Cutting sense of humour, but it is great.

Took him for American Literature. Not only did he go crazy every time someone loooked at their watch, but he made sure to point out when someone gave a "wrong" interpretation of literature (since he wrote all the books and all. Right...). He is a very intelligent man concerning literature, but mean and kind of nuts.
