He can be such an ass, yes. But I didn't mind how difficult the classes were. So excellent! I'm 40 now and wish I had Clauss and Pubantz lectures for current issues. I'm Googling now to see if they have a web presence; that's how I found this!

By far the greatest teaching asset Salem has to offer. Engaging, inspiring, brilliant. I have never before had a professor better than Dr. Pubantz and probably never will in the future. He is fantastic.

Dr. Pubantz is an amazing professor and Salem is fortunate to have him on staff. I learned more from his classes than any courses that I took at Salem. After taking his IR courses I was inspired to go on to graduate school for Political Science and IR.

He knows his stuff but is such an ass. You can study for hours for his stuff, but yet it is still hard. Pubantz hates to gives As! Also he will approve a topic for your paper and then tell you is is no good anymore a week before its due. Complete hell!

Don't let anyone try to scare you away from this guy. What an awesome teacher, so helpful, and a delight to start your day with. The most enjoyable course to date as far as the teacher goes. Im horrible at history, yet I made it with him.

I've had every course Dr. Pubantz teaches. He's the best professor I've ever had. Any students who dislikes him is only taking out anger at themselves for doing so poorly in his difficult classes. This is your best chance to actually learn.
