I didn't take any programming classes from Jerry. Instead I took a math class differential equation back in 1986 at Edmonds CC. Jerry was a good professor who did not follow textbook. Learn a lot from trial and error. Lots of quizzes. Grading was fair. He is a fun professor to learn from. I wished I could have taken more classes from Jerry.

Also had him for their C# class. Repeats himself on a daily basis, Grades harshly for his own mistakes. Does not like hearing that he is wrong. Very forgetful about everything, including extra credit. Have had more then one project where we did not recieve guidlines until day before it was due. Run!

Great teacher really teaches concepts well in 141 and 142. Haven't taken 143 from him yet. He does grade very harshly on Labs and quizzes but is forgiving on finals and midterms.
