his class is horrible. the tests are all non-mult. choice. he doesnt explain, doesnt like it when you ask him questions, and gets off topic very easily. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HOW A STUDENT IS DOING. basically, save yourself and DONT take him. i had to drop him bc he was ridiculously hard...do NOT take him!!!!!!!!!

He was a genuinely nice guy; that, however, does not take away from his lack of teaching skills. I have ALWAYS been an A/B student and I made a D in his class. The first week, he told my class that many people have to take his class THREE times in order to pass. Avoid his class at all costs.

Dr. Taylor is one of the sweetest people on the planet but let's face it sweetness doesn't earn you an A. If you find yourself in his class be prepared to ask lots of questions and study on your own. He does give partial credit. Check back over your answers sometimes they are marked incorrectly. Sit up front if all possible.

okay what to say about Dr. Taylor?...He is a nice person but A TERRIBLE teacher...He does NOT explain anything...his test are ALL fill in the blank and soo HARD.... AVOID HIM if you can!!

He is a nice man, but teaching is most DEFINATELY not his strong point!! he'll cut you off 5 minutes or more before class is over during a test... meaning a lot of people don't finish... or if they do, they don't finish well. DON'T TAKE HIM!!!

Everyone thinks Calculus is really hard, if you have Dr. Taylor or not, it's still hard! He's not that bad! Do the homework and try you best! At least attempt all the problems on the test, because he always gives you partial credit! You will feel discourage by mid-term, but don't worry, he will give you a decent grade if you show him you tried!

i dont know why everyone gives taylor a hard time. he really isnt that bad. pay attention in class, and do your homework and calculus wont be that bad. his tests are pretty easy. the main thing to remember is do the daily homework EVERYDAY. if you don't you will fall behind and he will leave you. he makes funny jokes too.

Everybody gives him such a hardtime but I noticed that he showed everything on the board that was similar to the tests. Believe or not statistics is hard and you have to open the book and actually try instead of blaming it on Taylor. Alot of immature people complain because they don't want to blame themselves. Just finished with this class, and if it wasnt for the fact i taught myself the whole course, i would've failed. He cant teach and doesnt know whats on the tests and doesnt go through enough problems. if he would go over the hw it would help alot, but i think hes too old, he needs to retire now!!!

The worst teacher ive ever had. I never made below a B in any math course before and got a D in Stat with him. He is NO help outside of class and does NOT teach everything that is on the test. Awful teacher. He is funny, but I absolutely hate him.
