I don't know where to start. It's one thing to challenge students but it's another to discourage them. If I am expected to know everything before the course had started, why bother taking the course at all? No prelim. explanations yet very high expectations. He should be teaching law school, not paralegals.

Prof. seemed to try to intimidate you. This class was very challenging...and prof. really didn't seem to have an interest in whether you understood the information. Although he taught me how to think on my feet, he offered no encouragement or praise.
