I personally did not like Klein very much. He has a sleepy and monotone voice which puts me to sleep. He takes forever to get through lectures, without even filling in the blanks for the class. He tends to ramble about things slightly off topic. I skipped his class so much, and despite getting an A in his class, I still had to write the exam.

I have a lot of respect for Jim Klein. Although many students say he goes off on 'too many stories', the stories he tells are course related and apply to what we may face in the future. As long as you come to class on a regular basis, study for his tests and refer to his notes while completing assignments- you will get a good grade in his course :)

Stories... lost of stories. We would probably go through about 3-5 slides in one class. Paces back and forth, sometimes you wanna fix his shirt, your phone battery will go from 100% to 65% in a two hour class

The thing about Jimmy is that he can be hard to hear, yet entertaining. But no one knows about tort law because we couldn't cover it. Thing thing about tort law, is we can't cover tort law in only a few classes.

I love Jim! He's a great teacher. Uses anecdotal teaching methods that tend to go right over the heads of the young and uninterested. Sure, he tells stories, but they have a point if you care to listen. Sure makes up for the dry content of some other law courses, real estate in particular.
