Mr. Rees is an extremely kind human being and loves to share his stories and broadcasting experiences with his students. I enjoyed attending his class and he really helped me to improve my announcing skills. I recommend taking a class with Mr. Rees because of his dedication and experience.

Awsome teacher!! It's an easy class, all you have to do is go to class and listen to what he thinks you could do better and apply that to your next tape. He is a great person to know.

crazy guy. repeats stories 100% of the time...and always lets us know that he DOES go on this website and reads what ppl think about him. tries to change your accent if you have one..doesn't give anyone an A. be prepared to be bored out of your mind...all you do is sit in there and listen to other people's tapes. and gets pissed if you're not there

BORING BORING BORING! He tells the dumbest jokes and he is repetative. He has a really bad habit of going off on tangents and forgetting what he was talking about. Gives lecture at the begining of semester saying that a C grade means you did well in the class. Make sure you are on his good side.

Great teacher & a nice guy. He is willing to help you out with anything you have a question about. Just practice outside of class and understand what the commercial/newsbreak is talking about and you'll do fine. Easy A. Highly recommended. (so he's a democrat, I'm a Republican, we all have opinions)

He runs a very simple class: get commercial script, practice it for 20 mins, recite it for him, listen in class -- all on seperate days. Easy. I got an A. Apparently has an attendance policy but I dont think he carries it out.

He's definetly a Democrat, so for all you Republicans out there, he enjoys talking about politics. Nice guy, just a weird class.. reading commercials and news releases. Easy B, if you have a southern accent, probably a C.

He made little of my southern accent, but that is the only issue I had with him. He is nice and he is very helpful. He tells a lot of stories in class, and most of them are funny. Overall, he is a great teacher. You will learn a lot from him.

Perhaps the best teacher that I have had the pleasure of learning from since I have been at ECU. He is definitely a master at what he teaches. I would highly recommend him!!!
