very interesting yoga classes- he's cool for a 63 year old guy- but he thinks that everyone should be able to do a handstand- he's just got really high expectations- and he isn't very helpful if you have back problems- but you really get flexible- and fast! on the whole- the class was a good one- i would definetly take it again- it is a challenge.

Jim is awesome. He provides opportunities to make up absences. He will expand the subject of yoga beyond simply stretch, including a lot of philosophy on life and how to be happy. He is a very genuine guy and many agree, he is the best instructor for yoga here on Chico State campus. I would definitely take his course again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Great teacher. Really knows how the body works, and knows how to explain that to you. He also doesn't try and make you do things that your body isn't ready to do.
