Super easy class, just very out of date. Coursework is simple, but there is a good amount of it. Gives a lot of extra credit so make sure to take advantage of that! Easy to get over an A in the class!

if you are an MIS major don't even bother coming to class except for days that you have in class work. She has a lot of busy work. She grades like she is god. She is not up to date on technologies. Class is a walk in the park but you have to do the easy work to get the grade. Unfortunately didn't learn a thing from this professor or class.

I absolutely adored this instructor. You have weekly computer assignments that are due - she walks you right through them. There are a FEW in-class assignments and the exam questions are DIRECTLY from your quizzes you take online. Easy A - awesome instructor and she'll go out of her way to help you with anything - all you have to do is ask! <3

Really nice and knowledgeable lady. Class is easy! I had a 101%. The labs are time consuming but easy. Tests are right off the practice test. If you get below a 90 on a test, you just don't care at all. Lots of extra credit. Always see her helping people out outside of class time. No idea why her other ratings are bad.

Lumpkin was a great teacher! I was nervous starting my 300 level classes but hers was one of the rare easy classes you'll still get.Pay attention in class. The material isn't too hard at all. Seriously there's no reason that you should fail this class.

Easy class to get an A- tons of extra credit. Gives you essay questions before test. She can be a little frustrating during lecture; she confuses herself and circles back around. Always starts class early which can be stressful. Overall, class was easy if you just did work

She's very nice, but the material itself is NOT complicated. If you can read, and follow directions you should be alright. She DOES talk in circles, and the talking through tests is quite ANNOYING, but she means well and this should be an easy grade for anyone that takes the class (just read and follow directions)!

She rushes through labs and slides, she does not help you at all. She talks in circles at times and talk through your entire test! Her review sheets do tell you wants on tests though a lot of information! On each test MC and essay. Wouldn't recommend her!

So glad to be done with this class! Do all the assignments, extra points are nice at the end. Read the book to do well on tests, cause you're not going to learn much from her. Rushes through everything and won't pause to let anyone catch up. Student assistant is nice but no help.

Coming from a heavy IT background, this class should have been a cakewalk for me. The MS Access & Dreamweaver stuff certainly was. However, the other material concerning business systems was extremely over simplified and basically a waste of time. She grades very harshly. Her actually test include questions about crap you'll never need to know.

I was so nervous to take her after what everyone had written about her but she was very nice and very helpful. Her grad student does her grading so you can't blame that on her. Lots of busy work but its easy and adds lots of bonus points. with effort it is an easy A

Alot of work but she was very helpful in explaining all that was expected. Long study hours and weekly labs that require computer time. Overall she is a great teacher for those who want to actually learn programs to use in the work force.

She's very nice, but she's an awful professor. She makes this class a lot harder than it should be! She grades tough and her tests are pretty difficult. You have to know the book! The ppts she uses in lecture are pretty useless! She takes off points and then doesn't remember exacly why she took off the points. Sadly, she's almost unavoidable.

This class is a lot harder than it should be. She seems to be fairly approachable, but thinks she is always right and sometimes struggles in lab when this don't go perfectly. Has a hard time answering questions and tests are very detailed oriented. Gives extra credit at the end that helps boost your grade. Not an easy A but not impossible either

Sadly, you can't avoid this awful teacher. She even takes off points for things that she told you to do! Her questions are ambiguous and she randomly takes points off. When asked why, she isn't even sure. Sometimes, she doesn't know how to fix web page problems. I blindly groped my way through this class, not having learned anything!
