She gives assignments and then doesn't fully explain how she wants them done, and then fails you! the first quiz of the year everyone got D's because she didn't fully explain what she wanted. she also fails journal entries which are supposed to be opinion based, so it's like she's failing us on our opinions. very closs-minded, i do NOT recommend her!

V. sweet & student-focused, v. hard grader, reading the books is key. Structures papers + tests around students' input. Goes on tangents, but still explains material well. Creative, organized, maternal, essays=hard to get A's on, but still a good teacher.

HORRIBLE teacher. She rarely gave helpful feedback on my papers and was never available to meet with me outside of class. I approached her 3 times for help with my writing and she never gave me any helpful assistance.

Easy, she let us pick topics for papers, and if you are a person who deserves to be in this school, you will get an A. Yeah, she gives bad grades on quizzes, but if you read,you wont get many. She gives an interesting edge to lit. I would take her again

She has changed this past semester. She is clear in what she wants, willing to give you help, but you must speak up, interested in students life outside of class. Classes are always interesting. Assignments usually easy. I WOULD take her again.

She's a very hard grader, and doesn't give helpful feedback. She tries to act cool and fails. I worked hard on the papers I handed in and she ripped them apart, giving no help at all in what I should do to fix them. Not very personable, not very kind.
