Lubig was good. It was hard to reach him outside of class with how much he does in the ED department. I was frustrated with how little feedback I got as an assignment. Not personal at all. He was very enthusiastic about what he does but what was expected was left unclear. Didn't learn much but awesome guy

This class was the biggest waste of my time! It's so unstructured but it's required and the man is ridiculous at 7:30 am. You can get by with an a if you do the work (with little effort, just turn it in).

He was WAY to enthusiastic for 7:30 in the morning. The thing that drove me nuts was the fact that he was so unorganized. We never knew what we were doing. Half the time what we did do made no sense. I also got the sense that he was trying to weed out the students he thought weren't teacher material. He was less understanding to the weridos.

Joe is absolutely amazing! His ideas are a breath of fresh air. Very full of energy and insight. I had him when he was still teaching at Bothwell, and I was a little sad to hear he took a full time postion at NMU just because he is amazing with middle school kids. If you have the chance take him!

I had "Mr.Lubig" for a teacher in middle school. He is by far the best teacher i've ever had to date. He's passionate about what he does and always keeps the material interesting no matter how dry it is. He loves to teach and it shows.
