Pretty rough class but everyone has to take it. Outside of that, Schumm is brilliant and a great professor. He will help if you ask. I think he's by far the school favorite for taking LARC. Try to get him if you can. I enjoyed having him. He calls on everyone on average once every 1-2 classes but they are short, usually easy questions.

Very to the point with his expectations and directions. He does not assign "busy work." If ask him specifics regarding your assignments, he will give you clear direction. By far the best LARC professor.

LARC sucks... it is a horrible class, but you HAVE TO take it... Schumm is a good prof. though... however, his style of helping is forcing the student into figuring things out themselves, some see this as being unhelpful, but it depends on your ability
