He knows everyone's name and he will call on you all the time so be ready. It seems like he comes up with grades out of thin air. I had no clue what my grade was. He is not very personable and not accessible. His tests are direct copies of the notes, but there are are 20 pages of notes and a ten term test so its pretty much impossible to study

Dr. Waldman is fantastic. He doesn't test you on anything that he didn't go over in class, and he tells you exactly what to write down. Some people complain that he covers too much material--but actually he covers way less than any other business class will (like only 1/4 of the material). Great professor, great class: you'll learn a lot with him.

He makes this class to hard for a 100 level course. He teaches it like everyone is pre-law major. He calls on people randomly so be prepared for each class about the material covered thus far. He isn't really that personable and he lectures the whole class. I would not recommend.

Prof Waldman is AMAZING! He is by far one of my favorite professors I've had at RMU so far. At the beginning I was scared and I didn't know what I had gotten myself into. A few weeks into the semester and I had realized he is awesome. He gives specific notes that are EXACTLY what is on the tests. Awesome guy! Don't take if you're lazy!

GO TO CLASS. He gives you notes, what to write down. Study that and you won't fail. Participate, quiz, midterm and final are the grades material. I would definitely take him again, I found the class super interesting. Makes it relatable!

Professor Waldman is excellent. His lectures are very interesting and he thoroughly explains all of the concepts. He tells you what to write in your notes word for word. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK!! Your grade is based on class participation, a quiz, a mid-term, and a final. Overall, if you go to class and study, it's a rather easy A.

Tests are based on the notes you take in class. If you memorize all of your notes for the tests you will be fine but that is a lot of material. His classes are boring and he will call you out to answer things so make sure you are paying attention..

Waldman was a great professor. As long as you go to class and pay attention there is no reason you shouldn't pass his class. He tries to involve all his students during lectures as well.

He is an excellent professor and he tries to keep it interesting by providing his real life examples as a practicing lawyer. The tests are tough but everything that is on the test is in our notes, it's a lot of memorization. I liked the class a lot.

You do not need the textbook. I read the first chapter and that was it. Lectures can be kinda boring, but if you go to class the test will be really easy. He tells you exactly what to write down and that is all you need to study for the exams.

Very boring class but he is a nice guy. There is so much material but he tells you what to write in your notes. Not a very engaging class but there are no projects or homework. His office hours are at 6:00 in the morning so don't expect convenience.

Very knowledgeable, occasionally tells interesting stories about his law practice. There is one quiz, midterm, and final. Very straightforward, but you must memorize all of the notes. If you put in the effort, you will get an A.

He's a funny guy. Bland at first but comes up with these jokes out of nowhere, making the whole class crack up. Tells you exactly what to write in your notes, word for word, which makes studying easier. There are only 3 tests, short answer with like 10 questions, which seems scary but if you study you will be fine. I would definitely recommend him.

He gives three tests over the course of the semester, so if you're not a good test taker this may not be the teacher for you. There's no homework so the tests are all that makes up your grade besides participation which you can't depend entirely on. He gives only essay tests so you have to make sure you know everything. I wouldn't take him again.

I really enjoyed this class. Waldman is very intelligent and good at what he does. His notes can be long and time consuming, but a lot of them aren't necessary for the test. Pay attention and show up because he calls on people and participation is part of your overall grade. Nice guy. I would recommend him.
