Extremely disappointing. Doesn't seem to "care" much about anything, including teaching. Has a group project only 1 group can get an A in, rest are B or lower even if you all did the same level of work. Easy open book tests (so get the book) on Blackboard, the few assignments are easy. Attendance wasn't mandatory, a lot of people skipped.

It is a shame WCSU has Cronin to teach MBA students. The worst professor I had during my entire academic career. He is mean, does not care for students, ignores the messages when you ask him to explain your mistakes in the work. Waste of time and money. Stay away if you have a chance.

Dr. Cronin is not a bad person, but he definitely is out of his mind. The amount of papers flying around this class is going to drive you insane. Not a hard class to pass, but for a class based on the premise of "organization", Cronin is the most unorganized and unclear person on earth... really... I'm being serious. Expect confusion x 100

He is mean and at times resentful in class. His MBNA is known as the worst class and everyone just talks about getting over his class. Best advice given by others students is come to class don't disagree with him, talk and write about how much you have learned and your do fine. As one student put it just completely lie his class is dreadful.

Stay away from this professor if you actually want to learn anything from his lectures. Class is mandatory but not worth going to. He has no idea what he is talking about most of the time and can be a bit rude and inappropriate. He has a midterm and final which are both essay tests and are near impossible to study for. Awful professor overall.

Useless Professor...His assignments are outdated compared to the business world. The expectations of this course are ridiculous and insulting to any professional, graduate level student. The assignments were "busy work" and and a clear waste of time and my tuition money. AVOID.

His classes aren't hard at all, but you don't learn much. He's an interesting character. If you take him you can probably get a B or A if you do the assignments. He isn't always clear on what needs to be done and when it is due, so make sure to always ask.

Cronin means well, if you take the time to go to class and listen you will learn some things. Tests are not bad def study though and DO EVERY ASSIGNMENT AND RE-DO! Lectures can be boring but print slides and take few notes. Read his blog he likes that!

Professor Cronin is abolutley ridiculous. He is not helpful in any way. He should really consider retiring. The subject of the course is constantly changing, he is unclear and useless when it comes to projects and assignments. You end up studying 8 or 9 chapters for one exam and there is no clarity what so ever. If you have an option STAY AWAY!!!

Imagine a Marketing professor, teaching English. That is what this class is all about. There is so much paper flying around each class, you'll wish you owned stock in Hammermill. Some interesting concepts, but mostly a bore. Too bad he's the only one who teaches this.

The tests were very hard. Watever he talk in the class , dat stuff is not on the tests. There is no point of going to his class. His examples are ridiculous and repetive. He makes it so hard. Not one of the best teacher. Thank God, I passed, I would never have to take boring Marketing again.

Two tests and one project for this class, and it's fairly easy to study for them-just look at vocabulary and re-read the powerpoint presentations. Has a funny side, strange teaching methods, but a nice guy. Not a pushover and you can't let yourself get behind, but not at all a bad teacher

Cronin is a nice professor but tests are not relevant to what he teaches, you'll really have to read the book. Your grade is what you deserve he say... he has made people want to switch out of MKT as a major due to his grading system... RIDICULOUS!
