Dr. Smith is great! Loved the class, learned a ton, & worked for every bit of my A. He is a bit disorganized, usually late for class, & hard to follow/take notes from in class. If you study a lot at home, read EVERYTHING & then some, you'll be fine. Be sure to think critically on tests! Attendance/participation in class counts toward final grade.(=

Had this class last year and still is my favorite teacher at CU and will always be. He draws attention anywhere that he goes. He does care and will lend help to make you feel more comforatable in class. Love to watch him teach,even though class is only taught at night - he is still delightful and that definately helps.

Ahh I love his class. He is a great teacher and very interesting. He keeps you involved througout class . I never even watch the clock. I must also say I wonder if he is married since he wears no ring. He is the cutest red head I have ever seen. I think I'll ask him out after this semester. Its going to be a great semester every Thursday night.

Energetic, helpful, friendly, one of concord's most valuable assets. If you are considering going to law school you owe it to yourself to take his classes. They have helped me more than any other class.
