Man, he's the absolute best mathematics teacher i've ever seen. He is not weird like most other math teachers are. Extremely nice, understanding, and the lectures are explicitly well presented. Grading is awesome -GIVES SECOND CHANCE EXAMS- MUCH better than Babcock. He will help you in class, but for some reason, he does not care much for anything outside of class.

Probably the best math professor I ever had. Calc 2 is a tough course, but he made it seem possible. He is always willing to help and he is really interested in each of his students. So if you have to take Calc 2, take it with Dawson.

He doesn't seem to have a plan for teaching this course. He spends too much time on certain subjects at the beginning and then tries to cram everything in at the end. He does know his math but he doesn't present it in a way that students can understand.

Did a nice job at presenting very abstract material, but the course was still so abstract that it was difficult. Very fair testing/grading, he understands just how hard this subject is! Also super helpful outside of class.
