Take ANYthing this man teaches. Some professors are brilliant academics but lousy teachers. John Dellagloria is a brilliant man and a phenomenal teacher. If you want to learn (and not just memorize for an exam) he is the right teacher for you. If you have any interest in a career in business or if you want to go to law school, take his class.

Dellagloria is legit a genius and is so funny.. you cant be sensitive if you take this class, he'll crack jokes and you just cant take them seriously. I learned a ton in this class, and he is a really genuine guy. Best teacher I have taken at UM

Loove this class/professor!! Dellagloria's laid-back, practical, and effective way of teaching holds the students responsible for their own success in the course. He asks to "meet him half way": read the cases beforehand and be prepared. Class follows a Socratic method- so be ready to give case info on demand. Its fun.. A MUST TAKE CLASS at UM!

Totally Awesome Professor! you have to read before class because he will call on you (like a real law class). He makes contracts fun which is really hard to do. I like him so much I am taking real estate law with him next semester =)

Great teacher all around. Made a relatively boring subject of real estate law (He admits it himself in class) interesting with his humorous stories and amount of experience. Super helpful. If you don't take him you are making a big mistake.

this guy is a truly great teacher, but that doesnt mean its easy. he is also a little bit of a jerk but its funny when its not aimed at you so class is entertaining. attendance is not mandatory (he treats you as "adults") but if you dont go youll struggle. he is good at helping you understand

Amazing, best professor I've had here. Wasn't really looking forward to the class, now I want to study law. I hate mornings but I enjoyed going to his class at 8am...I'd recommend him to anyone. You will actually learn the material and get an A without much effort.

I loved this class. It's not too difficult. Dellagloria is the best teacher I have had at this university, I'm minoring in BSL because of him. Not everyone will love the class, but I did. Dellagloria is very interesting and funny and really knows what he is doing.
