Likable and lectures are fun cuz he shows lots of real world examples and tells funny stories. Goes over solutions for almost all types of problems during lecture so pay attention to those. Uses whiteboard instead of slides, and sometimes does cool demos of concepts with physics software.

Dibartolo is super nice and knows his stuff. He is a great lecturer but it can get boring after countless examples. However, his examples make everything quite easy to understand!

The book used is the standard for a first course in quantum mechanics and you will need it. Di Bartolo will present the material from the book and nothing more. If you ask him anything that goes beyond the scope of the course he will not be able to answer it. Even though this is a graduate class, he still takes attendance like it is high school.

Professor Dibartolo explains physics very well. As long as you go to all lectures and pay attention, you'll get a good grade. He's always willing to help students out. Also, he's really chill and funny so lectures are fun. He's probably the best physics professor I've ever had. I would love to take any of his lectures again.

Agree with previous comments. Very interesting and knowledgable professor. He doesn't have time to go over many examples, so make sure you work out examples in the book as well, it is really helpful. If you do that, you will get an easy A.
