The material is very difficult. Unfortunately a lot of the answers to some of the questions are a bit ambiguous. The exams and final are very hard. Some people did good and got bad grades and some people did bad and got okay grades. The class is interesting but the material will just confuse you and he doesn't make it easy or clarify anything.

I loved his class, it was very interesting;however, his exam is hard( there are 2 exams one midterm and one final... He does not provide enough information what to expect on exam.If you want to get A ,read and study all chapters, do all problems ,ask a lot of questions !!

The subject is hard, as well as the professor. He tries so hard to explain the material, but fails to make it short and clear. Midterm is hard, confusing. Final is departamental, hard and huge for the alloted time. If you want B or less - take Dugan. If you want A - take Dugan and say BYE to your GPA or change the professor right away.

The girls love him, the guys envy him?in other words I want to be just like him!!! Very intelligent, respectful, helpful DO NOT MISS THE FINAL REVIEW SESSION Do your part, read the chapters, do the HW assignments, and you will have no problems. If you fail, it?s because you did it to yourself!

Subject is hard, but he will make it easy to understand. Always willing to help in and out of the classroom. Knows everyone by name. 4 case briefs, 1 midterm and final. DO NOT miss the final review, he will tell you exactly what to expect and study for. Best prof ever, very intellegent when explaining things, no wonder he's the school's lawyer!

Very good professor. He's is easy going and willing to help. The only problem is the material is very hard to understand. He tries to explain it the best he can but the language is confusing. The midterm was not easy. Take it from someone who has taken 8 law classes to date. Overall he is a good prof,if this class is not required do not take it.

Great Prof. Highly Recommend! He is the Dean of Faculty and Baruch's Counsel (lawyer) so very knowledgable and accessible. Great persona, knows each students name, very respectful. Know the different mistakes though! Got an 80 on midterm and ended w/ A- for class. God, how I hate those minuses. /WS

he is old, but a nice easy going guy, not strict. his ppt. lectures were very organized and goes over in detail. He goes over practice questions at the end of each chapter. Midterm was fairly easy, but the dept. final was made deliberately much more harder and it could screw you up. also there are 4 case briefs. Grades fairly with partial credit.

OMG... I just took the final today and OMG.. his final review class is EXCELLENT. I walked into final exam thinking I was going to pretty bad but lordy, all the questions were the ones that was gone over in review class. I ACED IT.

This professor is great. His final review is so helpful, that it will take you no more than 3 hours to study for the final and get a great grade. He is a must , if you want to get a good grade in LAW and what ever happens don't miss the final review.He is always available out of class and will keep on explaining you , until you get the concept.

He is the schools lawyer so he knows his stuff, he'll try really hard to make it interesting and does most of the time. Great final review, not so great mid-term review. If you read the chapters and do the not assigned/assigned HW you'll do great in the class.

Very highly recommended. When I first looked at the book it seemed so arduous to me with all these legal expressions and definitions. I was hoping just to get a passing grade. But the professor explained everything so clearly, that by the end of the course I came to an A, which was least expected.

Professor Dugan is excellent when it comes to teaching. His lectures are interesting and he's very helpful. Ensure you attend the review for the final exam...it's comes in very handy.
