Both the class and the instructor were fantastic. John can come off a tiny bit condescending at times, but his course design and activities were brilliant, and he is VERY involved and gives a lot of feedback. Easily the best professor and class in the MET program.

This class sucks. The readings are boring and the papers that we write are stupid. I read 3 of the readings to write my 3 papers and did nothing else in class. Egan himself put me to sleep in the class several times.

John is a great teacher who teaches a controversial course. He has passion and knowledge and is great at facilitating discussions. I really enjoyed the class, but more importantly I enjoyed John as the professor.
