Very fair and understanding man. Knows SO MUCH about his topic, and really made me much more interested in the class. So glad I took this. Reading was difficult though. Try to take an intro class before this one. Very understanding in the end!

Knows his stuff forward and back through real world experience and genuine interest in the material. Values class participation. Do the work and you'll get the grade for it. Comes off aloof at first, but really isn't-that's just him. Overall an excellent teacher.

Excellent professor, funny, smart, informed, vast knowledge and practical experience in the field of IP and IR, especially Middle East. Books were valuable. His classes are never dull, he knows just about everything about the area and it's history, he's been to every middle eastern country, he knows his stuff, and has even worked for the cia... the readings are intersting, and if it helps, he's Very handsome in an older man type of way. I highly recommend taking his class!

entelis seems elitist/class conscious in his interactions w/ students. no lectures; his brief comments, if any, regurgitated past classes. a few books way outdated. he seemed pompous and arrogant. NO TIME FOR STUDENTS. BORING AND DISAPPOINTING!! WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!
