Comment:

He is a little all over the place with his lectures. Sometimes he will say one thing and then contradict himself later. He allows you to write challenges to any test question that you think you should have gotten correct. I wouldn't recommend him though.

Dr. Greenwood is a nice guy but a hard teacher with very boring lectures. I took him online and I do not recommend doing that. It is very important to pay attention and I found myself doing everything else but watching the class online. Offers a ton of extra credit but it is up to you to attend events. Very difficult wording on tests. Nice guy tho

Dr. Greenwood's lectures are BORING! Like you are guaranteed to fall asleep. The quizzes and tests are a mixture of his lectures (you have to write down most of what he says) and some random stuff he took out of the book. The class was way harder than it needed to be. It was basically Gen Psych all over again. Same material.

The lectures drag and are very boring. He also asks the students some questions and really makes you answer them. Quizzes once a week and the tests are very confusing to understand his wording. I actually missed the final because I thought it was at another time, but he let me take it anyway, so he's good for things like that.

He is a horrible teacher. Doesn't know how to teach, and is too lazy to make power points. None of the things we learned in class are on the tests. DO NOT TAKE HIM EVER!!!

I really enjoyed class with Dr. Greenwood. The material was interesting even if not presented in the most interesting fashion. His quizzes and tests are easy, just pay attention and read the material he hands out. He's a very tough grader on papers, but offers tons of extra credit, take advantage of that. He's a really nice guy.

Offers a ton of extra credit, allows half sheet of notes on exams, and will review with you if you ask questions before all quizzes and exams. As long as you put in a little effort you'll get an A, very boring lectures though and he'll call on you randomly so you have to be paying attention! Exams can be a little tough but just take notes in class.

The content is pretty easy, and he gives outlines for lectures. If you don't write in his words about each point, you won't pass the tests. Just type what he says on your laptop, study that, and you will a good grade. He offers an abundance of extra credit, TAKE ADVANTAGE! Hes a sweet old man and i learned a lot from his class. highly reccomend

Quizzes are on what he teaches during class so good notes is essential. It is a very easy A if you pay attention and the tests aren't bad at all. As long as you pay attention in class and pass your tests you wont get lower than a B. He offers a lot of extra credit so don't miss out on them. Book isn't really needed. Everything is reviewed in class.

I had him for Cross-Cultural Psychology and his lectures were so uninteresting. He would go on and on about one thing for what seemed like forever. He is a really hard grader, he wants every paper a certain way and no matter how specific you are in papers, he always wants more. I would not take him again.

From what I remember about Dr. Greenwood's class, it was hard, real hard. I am a good student and have a good GPA, but I got a C in his class. I felt as though the questions on his tests were a little unfair. I am a college grad now, I took this class my sophomore year. And I can now say that it was one of the hardest classes I've ever taken, ever.

Greenwood allows you to use a half sheet of notes on the tests however, the notes are almost useless with the type of questions he asks. He does allow you opportunities to make up extra points that help your grade. I would not take him again if given the option.

Dr. Greenwood is nice, but you have to really pay attention in class to get all the notes correctly. Quizzes once a week and 4 tests! Although if you do his extra credit (25 max points) it can boost your grade from a B+ to an A :)

Had him for Cross-cultural Psych. Interesting material, no book, but he can be unclear at times. Likes to pick on students in the front. Expects you to do your share of the work. Tests are okay, but he doesn't give study guides, which makes them harder. Lots of extra credit! I'd recommend him, but know this won't be your easiest class/professor.

He was very nice and understanding. Many times when participating in class or asking for clarification he made you feel stupid. He would question your question. The class was really interesting. The test are difficult but if you study you will be fine.

Loved this class, he goes over material continually so if you pay attention and take notes you can get a good grade. Love the cartoons he uses!!! Overall an enjoyable class, but buying the book is definitely pointless. He hands out outlines of his lecture anyways

One of my favorite professors. Expects you to think, do the work, be respectful, be prepared and contribute. It's not an easy A, but it's not difficult to earn the A if you work hard and put the same effort into learning as he does to teaching. Can be abrasive but he cares about his students if you give him the chance. Highly reccomend.

A very nice man - I had him for General Psych, and he used his knowledge of psychology to help teach his students as clearly as possible. He made sure the class was familiar with material before quizzes/exams, & there's lots of extra credit! Just beware because he likes to talk about inappropriate things & pick out students who don't pay attention!
