John is kind, open-minded, and just an all around inspirational and caring person. He pushes you to write well but will always help you and wants his students to obtain an A in his class. He makes you think and question things in a way that will make you into a more well rounded person. He is one of the best, if not the best, professor I've had.

One of the most inspiring teachers ever. He is so thoughtful and really takes his time responding to your papers. I still have my grading sheets because they are so special. His class is actually about learining something about yourself. Grades don't matter-you'll get an A as long as you are honest in your writing. WONDERFUL WONFERFUL WONDERFUL!
