He basically just reads from a PowerPoint which is written like notes, not like a presentation. He will comment if you are late to class, every time. The tests cover things that are not in the PowerPoint. You must read from the textbook to pass tests. He also will tell you the PowerPoint is available online if you ask him to slow down or back up.

Do not buy the practice work book (huge waste of $45). He gives enough extra credit to get a decent grade. The tests are extremely hard. It is really stressful. I took it in the Summer (online), so it may be easier in the classroom or during a full semester.

I took this introduction to Physical Science class in the summer. It's fast-paced, but really not that hard. I mean, I am horrible at Science, but I pulled off a B with little effort on my part. If you want to get this class over with, I'd take Knapp.
