Prof Mikalopas is one of the smartest professors at KBCC. He is tough but only because he cares. Attend his lectures. You might feel like you're lost but if you attend and pay attention you will learn a lot. Don't listen to students who say only the final matters. Everything matters but he will leave it up to you to decide.

Great professors! He is very smart and it shows in his lessons. He'll throw a lot a difficult material at you but then explains it to a T. He makes the material interesting and shows how it applies to life. He's the chairman so his time is limited but he'll try to find time if you need help. Grading is based on the final only, and he is very fair.

Awesome professor, took three engineering classes together with him. He can allow you to do whatever you want, just feel free to talk to him when he has spare time cause he is chairman. Really smart and knows the material, he like to goes fast but will explain again and again. no attendance, only cares about final. I like him so much!

He is simply one of the coolest professors you will ever take. He teaches really well and he enjoys it. Willing to spend more time solving problems if needed. The tests he gives you, they don't go towards your grade, what really matters is the final. If you can't do his tests, then you can't do the final, simple as that.

This dude is frickin' amazing! He puts lots of life into his lecture, and makes sure everyone understands it. He talks like he doesn't care about whether you pass or not, but one-on-one, he's a caring person. For someone who received a pH D. in Physics and Engineering from UC Berkely, he lives up to his reputation. Too bad he doesn't teach much

He is godlike in giving lectures. He tells you excatly whats on the test and shows you there is more then one way to solve the problems. You don't know physics, you don't have to. You'll come out of his class with knowledge. However, he is the chairman of the physic department so don't expect easy stuffs. Only take him if you are willing to learn.

this dude is awsome,but sometimes he is not in good mood and gives hard exams and makes mistakes in problems that he solves.you probably won't learn much of engineering with him, but he is a lot of fun. he told us what FUBAR and SNAFU stand for-we laughed for a week.strict about attendance.

Great teacher, really recommend if you need to take physics. Explains everything on an easier level which helps you understand and solve the harder problems.
