Seriously the kindest, most genuine prof I ever had. Took him a couple years back, but it's worth rating him. He's really thoughtful and understanding. Easy 1 pg reflections on our life each wk, 2 brief papers, 1 informal speech in front of class.

Nicest man alive and very open minded to all faiths. Really cares about his students. Weekly readings and reflection papers (1pg long) that are mostly talking about your own feelings and life stories. I'm an atheist and Neafsey never made the class feel like a sermon/religious ceremony.

Neafsey's class is not hard work and not too boring if you become involved in class discussions. Reading not entirely necessary. It pays to spend a little bit of time on the weekly assignments, esp. if you bother attending class, for the points.

Another fine teacher in the theology department. As a psychologist at heart (and clinical practice), he'll force you to examine your vocation and calling with events that happen in your life. Easy grade, but to get something out of it, you need to think.
