He brings the content to the world by providing useful and historical examples. He also munches on crackers during class.

John is very smart. He loves to lecture and get off topic at times. It can get boring at times and the test are not the most fun thing in the world either. Not much homework but the homework he gives you is long and tedious.

Comment:
John is knowledgeable in Economics, but really doesn't know how to teach the material. Tends to go on tangents about stuff that is totally irrelevant. His tests can be difficult since the material isn't covered in the lecture, so it can be confusing as to what's going on. But it isn't impossible to make a good grade, so don't be discouraged.

Tests are awful even if you study for them, he only lectures and often gets off topic, this was a very boring and hard class.

Comment:
He is boring, dry, and his tests are not related to his lectures or the book. There is a reason why he is rated so low. He is super picky on homework problem sets and doesn't return your homework/tests for weeks. Very smart man, just a terrible professor.

Comment:
Prof is a horrible lecturer, as he just goes on tangents the entire class period. You essentially have to teach the material to yourself as a result of this, and must do the readings. His tests are very difficult and require an immense amount of studying, on which he is not very helpful with. A lot of work for a class you won't get much out of.

John was a nice guy in class. But his tests were nearly impossible; not to mention it would take him nearly a month to grade them. The workload is easy with hardly any HW but you will have to read the BOOK and STUDY to even comprehend his lectures!

John likes to talk and pretty much only ever lectures. Class periods get horribly long and boring. He seems like a really nice guy but sometimes it's hard to stay awake in class. The tests are pretty difficult and take a lot of studying on material not covered in class to do good on them.

This. Class. Was. Terrible. Do not take from John! He seems like he could be a nice person out of class, but his class is horribly boring and the tests are awful. I learned nothing in class and had to learn everything on my own. I hated this.

John will make class into a 70 minute monologue. He has mastered the art of making statements through rhetorical questions and can sustain this for minutes at a time. If you try to add anything to the conversation be prepared to be told your wrong and hear John's side of things. He will show no interest to you, in or out of class. Don't take him

Ugh! Class is terribly boring. It is also in a computer lab, so it is impossible to stay focused for an entire 70 minutes. Tests are difficult to impossible.

This prof is a bit of a hermit. Not especially happy or fun. Bit his nails and stirred his coffee in class. Uninspiring and neither warm or friendly.

Very boring. Often lectures about stuff that has nothing to do with anything. Good luck staying awake. At least it motivates you to read the text so that you know what is going on. Never met him personally or socially, he seems dry but a friendly/nice person
