Great professor. I had noble for 201 then withdrew because I didn't follow his lectures very well. Richardson is great. I attended all lectures and help sessions and I made an A. Just be willing to work like in any chemistry class.

Dr. Richardson is an awesome professor! His teaching style is very clear and he follows Dr. Noble's book really well. If you are not a natural chemist, then going to class is highly recommended. He is very willing to help you if you approach him, which you should do if you need help because he is very nice and approachable.

Dr. Richardson is a great teacher. He is very clear and super helpful in class, but be warned his class is very math dependent. If you are not good with math, this is not the course for you. Otherwise, I would recommend taking him hands down.

Dr. Richardson is fantastic! He is so funny and so clear in his lectures. He's always willing to help even outside of class. His tests aren't hard, you just need to be sure to study the book. I would definitely recommend going to class, it's worth it. I wish I could have him for more classes!

Dr. Richardson is by far my favorite professor. He explains things very well, posts plenty of review materials and old tests on blackboard for practice, and holds review sessions before the tests that help TREMENDOUSLY if you attend them. He made chemistry awesome...also Dr.Noble's textbook helped clarify the subject matter also. Highly recommended

Dr. Rchardson is great! His class isn't super easy, but he explains the material well and is always willing to help. He puts old exams and answer keys online which is great for studying. He also offers review sessions before every exam that are very helpful. He is the head of the UofL Honors Program, so he doesn't have as many sections as others.

Dr. Richardson is an AWESOME teacher. While he goes quickly through the material, he does enough examples in class that everything is easy to understand. He's very helpful and it feels like he really makes an effort to get to know each and every student in his class. He's by far my favorite professor this year; I wish they all were like him!

He's a great professor. Very intelligent and he knows his stuff. Very interesting and funny. Does help sessions before each exam, very lenient grader, great person, recommend him highly. Only concern is that he goes very fast sometimes and it is easy to get lost, but if you let him know he will help you. Great Teacher!

Dr. R is really nice. He is a good teacher! I had him for the honors chemistry learning community (CHEM 201, 207,208) and really liked him. If you study, you will definitely get a B. The only way to get an A is to do the homework problems in addition to studying. But that is the case for most good CHEM teachers! I recommend him!

This canadian is your introductory chemistry professor. He laughs a lot and is a good teacher. He gives enough old exams out, that you don't need to study much unless you want an A.

Richardson's class was okay, but the course material was pretty hard to follow. Lectures were boring, labs droned on and the equipment was greatly outdated and almost disfunctional. I barely pulled a C in this class, and I did well in math and science on the ACT.

Easy material, bad way of teaching it. The methods I had learned before Richardson got me through this class with flying colors, not the ones from his lectures. Tends to be very abstract.
