Dr. Taylor was a fabulous and engaging Professor, his departure is a loss for Washington College. He is not as inflexible as you might assume. If you have a legitimate reason for not realize your potential he will be more than accommodating.

OKAY NEVER TAKE THIS TEACHER...I did everything he said to do (i went to him during office hours, participated in class, did all my work) and i still got a c+. He's not helpful AT ALL and he does not have the students interest in the subject in mind at all. Just stay clear away from him if you can

boring, dull, drab, a worm of a guy who killed us with...boredom. Should not be teaching, better off licking stamps for a living or doingf something mundane like designing pennies for a living. Did I state boring? No personality whatsoever.....boring!

Taylor is fabulous. It's rare to get a prof who can cram so much info into a class while cracking jokes and letting political extremists (on both sides) duke it out in heated discussion. Papers are probably the hardest to do for him but that's because he's prepping you for grad/law school. Very helpful guy, big calming force and absolutely precious

He's not easy, but he's fair. If you put forth the effort, there's nothing stopping you from doing well. Dr. Taylor is an excellent professor. He's also an excellent advisor (not just what classes to take, but helping you figure out long-term goals). Keep up with the assignments and be a lively class participant. You won't regret a Taylor class. :)

He's my advisor, he's THE best, such a good prof! Can be a tough grader but is fair, esp if you do your reading and try hard in class. He is down with discussions and is a badass liberal and I would recommend him to anyone who likes politics!

GREAT PROFESSOR! His class was probably one of the most interesting courses I have ever taken! He knows his stuff and is willing to help anyone. He is a tough grader and quizzes can be pretty rough. You need to stay on top of things to do well.
