He's an overal good teacher. He does like to pick certain people out and ridicule them, so just make sure that you stay on his good side. Overal easy teacher, small papers, few papers, limited text book use.. pretty funny and interesting guy. It's fun to laugh at the people he picks on, just hope it isnt you!

Vacca is the most cynical teacher ever! I swear that he acts like such a jerk, you want to pick him up and bodyslam him through the table(he is a little guy). Also, he does grade very strictly; brings up his liberal politics every once an a while. Good Luck!

Great guy!...super nice and willing to help if you have questions. class is easy, no out of class assignments expect for about 5(800word)papers...not bad at all! no journals or pointless work either!...plus you get 7 excused misses!!

He's gotta be the meanest man that i've ever met in my entire life. He called me a liar to my face; which was totally unjustified. I was raped and had to go to counseling and missed a lot of class because of it. When i told him that i was gone b/c of "personal problems", he didn't believe me.
