Dr. Walsh was one of the best teachers I have encountered thus far. His lectures are easy to follow, but he can be too quick for me sometimes, but it's okay because everything is recorded to go back and watch. He will answer any questions you have and is very helpful to those who seek help. The objectives are the study guide to the tests. Study!!

Prof. Walsh's lectures are exactly what will be tested on so no textbook needed. There is A LOT of material but as long as you know the study guide backwards and forwards you will get over 100% in this class.

I took Professor Walsh for lab for both semesters of Anatomy & Physiology. He is so smart and down to earth, will answer any question and is always there for his students. This is a difficult class, but he made it quite enjoyable. I am grateful that I was able to take this class with such a wonderful professor!

Dr. Walsh by far is the BEST professor I've ever had. Science has never been my strong subject. I did terrible on my first few tests but after talking to Dr. Walsh, he helped me to change my studying habits which overall helped to improve my grade. He's always available to help!! I would recommend him to anyone willing to put in the work.

Professor Walsh is very passionate about his work, and will help you anytime you nee d it. Just go to his office hours. There is a lot of material to cover, but if you study for the class isn't hard to pass. All the ppt are available online and the class is recorded. He also gives clear objectives as a study guide for the exams.

Walsh is an incredible professor who is extremely passionate about AP. I took AP 2 from him--you have to work your butt off but at the end of the semester you actually learned something! Walsh is always there and ready to help, and he is very knowledgeable about the material! come to class, learn the lectures and you're good to go!

Why cant I add more tags? Dr. Walsh is a great professor. A&P is not an easy class, its a lot of information to take in but he takes his time with the material and makes sure you understand what you're learning. He does tend to get side tracked with stories a bit but its all relevant.

I took Anatomy and Physiology with him and he's the best professor at PVCC. He's fun, very approachable, and super passionate about his subject. He made things interesting. Even in a class with a relatively large number of students he knew each one and would greet me by name. His class is really hard but he made it bearable by being a great prof.

Dr. Walsh was organized and enthused about the material. He often incorporated relevant current events which made class more interesting. Class was hard due to the large volume of material covered. I found it helpful to re-watch lectures as I often was surprised at things I missed in class. Wasn't too crazy about the weekend online quizzes.

Dr Walsh is awesome! To the people who day that he's not...you have to put more effort in! This is a big kid class and you have to put in the time! He helps you think for yourself. If you follow his PowerPoints and lectures, and STUDY, you'll be fine! He's so enthusiastic about his class and loves what he does. I would recommend him

I've taken this guy for 2 semesters now and I think he's pretty solid. You have to do the work and come to class(or watch online) if you want a good grade - but he's super good at explaining things. He also spends A LOT of time in class going over the important points/things that show up on the test. Print out your PowerPoints!

This guy is terrible. It makes me wonder how some teachers get where they are. He doesn't even understand his own power points. His fail rate it a lot higher then his pass rate. Doesn't this say something about how he's teaching it? I think so. This guy needs to be fired.

AMAZING teacher. Really loved his teaching style. Very helpful and easy to understand. Prepares you for tests and quizzes by giving extra online components if you want, provides even more help for those who reach out, my favorite teacher yet. Funny and easy to talk to.

He is one of the nicest professors to work with however, the worst teacher I've had. He's not clear at all on what will be on your exams and teaches from figures off of his powerpoints. Practice tests and Summary sheets don't follow the exam at all. You literally have to have no life to pass his class.

I love Dr.Walsh, he is a fantastic teacher, and he makes you work hard to earn your grades. He is always willing to help if you need it, however he does not do your work for you. If you want a good quality teacher who you will learn alot from, take Dr. Walsh

Professor Walsh is absolutely fantastic. If you have bad comments about him, its only because you did bad in the class. He is extremely willing to help and does a great job of presenting the material in an effective and helpful manner. Cant say enough about him!

Very hard to understand. Had to drop the course. He is not willing to help at all. He will not answer questions and doesn't seem to care if you pass or not. For lab he gives an assignment and then leaves. He will come back at the end to make sure you stayed and to check that your assignment was done. Worst professor I have had yet.

Doesn't know what's on his own PP slides, let alone how they compare to the book. Doesn't know much about computers, so don't bother asking him for help. He told us that he wanted us to read supplemental stuff he had posted on Blackboard but it wasn't there and he wouldn't acknowledge it or fix it. Won't admit ignorance, and wasted class time.
