I liked Professor Watson, he was very straightforward about what material was going to show up on the exams. The class was straightforward and easy as long as you pay attention to the lectures. You might have some difficulty getting your questions answered in class though.

Having Dr. Watson teach the second half of the semester is a nice turn-around from Dr. Perrin. He's very passionate about teaching and does his best to help students get points where possible. He ties in some of the history behind certain concepts and facts which adds a nice touch to lecture.

I love Watson so much! He is the best professor I have had thus far. His lectures are great and he records them on echo if you miss out. He is super passionate about the topic and it makes it so easy to learn. The tests are extremely fair as well as specific. You have to know your stuff but he doesn't ask trick questions at all.

Professor Watson's lectures are not boring, and he explains the topics in clear terms and is very understandable. The lectures are recorded so you can access them online as well. There is one online quiz a week, and the exams are very straightforward. Overall, I would take another class with him.

Dr. Watson is my favorite professor I've ever had. He's a great lecturer who not only holds your interest, but also goes into detail and explains things really well. He is obviously passionate about teaching. Tests are straightforward, no trick questions. He posts his slides and audio of his lecture on Echo360 after class so attendance is optional.

Amazing professor!! Takes an interest in your learning and explains things in great detail. Prepares you well for the tests. Lecture attendance is required, but gives your grade a small amount of buffer from tests and quizzes. Textbook not required.

He really likes the material he teaches. When he goes through the lectures he's as excited as a toddler in a toy store. He emphasizes key points in the lectures that will be on the exams. As long as you attend lecture and take notes, you'll pass with flying colors.

This professor is an inspiration. He breaks things down so well and always always always quickly mentions things rather than assuming you know them. For example, he does't just say "notice there are 4 bases here. Lets move on to the next slide." But rather he will would "notice the 4 bases as you might recall is A, T, G, and C." One of the best!

Very passionate about cell biology. Textbook was worthless as everything necessary was in the PowerPoints. Tests weren't too bad. Attendance not mandatory, but he gave a lot of bonus for attending lecture during the last few weeks of the semester.

Excellent teacher. Very interested in what he teaches, and he actively remembered my name the entire semester after having only spoken to me a few times. His tests are multiple choice, and as long as you have done a good job combing through the material for the exam, you will do well. You must pay attention and study to succeed. Great professor

Dr. Watson is a very dedicated, enthusiastic, and prepared professor. His exams are fair but the majority of the class seems to be based on memorizing. I wish there were a stronger emphasis on a higher understanding. Study his lecture mp3's and slides and you will do well.

he is very helpful but there is too much to study for. all his tests are from his lecture notes, so you have to listen to the mp3 files he records during class and take notes. if you do this, i guarantee you an easy A. if you study on the power point slides with the notes, your are going to FAIL FAIL FAIL
