This class is where Professor Wiggins outshines other professors. As an attorney he knows the law from every single angle and he can provide great information for every single chapter. To pass this class you MUST read every chapter he assigns. Expect a quiz every week which is manageable if you read the chapter. Tests are NOT open book. READ!

Never gives feedback. i sow a comment saying don't piss him off. he is 100% correct. I dont think professors should lose their cool and start shouting. This usually happens when he is wrong or doesn't want to correct himself. same repeated stories but always little different just to suite his lectures. very well knowledgeable in his field.

Picture this: Class 6-9pm. He lets us leave at 630-7. Talks about his family and cracks jokes for most of the time. Might drop a few hints about the upcoming tests.. MIGHT open up the book.. Probably not.. Doesn't really teach anything.. Just show up and dont rock the boat. I got C's on the midterm and final. Ended up with a B.. So he's not so bad.

All he did was talk about his life and then finally would realize that he had a class to teach. He knows his stuff but doesnt teach it to you well. Had to learn everyhting myself and he doesnt go over any of the hw problems so understanding your mistakes is hard. Overall the class is pretty easy just try and pay attention and do the hw.

For people who love construction take prof. Wiggins he gives great insight to the industry and tells you the truth, if your an idiot hes not the professor for you b/c he will tell you. As to the class its pretty in depth and if you hate reading through codes you will hate it but he makes it pretty intersting.
