I love this professor. He is one of the most intelligent and interesting people. An unknown gem in the MHC IR department. If you get the chance, you should take a class. But be warned there is a lot (doable but a lot) of reading

Not enough analysis of why certain things happened. Pretty easy... only a final and a midterm paper. interesting material and readings... teacher provided good information especially on Yugoslavia.. was impressed that he worked for the State Dept.
