EASY. If you retained any information from high school algebra, take this class. Attendance matters but you can get away with being a few minutes late. Exams are multiple choice & if you make a minor error he doesn't deduct everything. I found this class boring though because I think algebra is easy and he'll spend forever going over simple stuff.

PROFESSOR ACHTZIGER IS THE MAN! Great teacher. Very understanding. For our Saturday class he gave extra credit just for attendance. I missed half the classes and still got an A. The material is very easy if you have memory of high school algebra. You need the textbook.

BEST MATH PROFESSOR ON CAMPUS! took him in the beginning of freshman year and he made the class easy. the tests that were given were fair and he gave reviews which helped a lot. Lets students out early.

It wasn't easy getting to a math class on saturday morning but prof. Achziger made it easier. He's very understand and straightforward. He really cares and will slow down or help you if you aren't understanding. Ive always hated math but he actually made me actually begin to love math. No homework and about 4 tests. No textbook needed.

It was a very stressful semester for me and having math on Saturdays wasnt easy, but thank god this professor is extremely understanding and helpful. I was literally about to flunk and was about to drop the class, but he didnt give up on me and he got me through! 5 exams No hw attendance is important! TAKE HIM!

AMAZING PROFESSOR! He is a must take. He is very helpful, there is no homework. The only thing is that he only teaches on Saturday but he makes everything understandable. He does a review so you know what to study for the test. The textbook is required, uses it every class and it is quite expensive. Overall, a great professor to have to teach.
