Material was very hard to grasp, even when attending every session of the class. He tends to make fun of wrong answers, which makes no one want to answer any of his questions. He also goes to the very last minute, regardless of if there is anything else to say.

Dr Johnson is a very funny guy. Yes is class is boring, but he does give extra credit quizzes and thosse are free test questions if you write them down. His tests come straight from the book. He does like to walk around the room and mumble to himself too :). Overall a great professor.

He's just not a good professor. No study guides, he's mean to students when we actually try to answer his quesions, and he walks around the class mumbling to himself...

I took his money and banking class. NOT a good decision. He is a horrible teacher. He is very arrogant. We went over our tests n class & he made jokes about how easy the ?s were even though 75% of the class missed those ?s. His tests are very hard & in depth. His FINAL was hard! He said "If you read the book 3 times u should be ready for the final"

Hes not as harsh as people make him out. If you BS him he will call you out so applaud yourself for the effort and laugh it off. He cracks corky jokes that entertain those who make a decision to enjoy his class for what it is. Its economics... lol not Intro to Playboy Mansion

His tests are hard and in depth for only 50 min, but overall he was leniant. There was no group project and he dropped your lowest test grade. His grading scale was 85-100 is an A, so that was good. He doesn't like B.S. thats for sure. His quizzes were extra credit though, so that helped out too.

Genrally a good and straightforward class. Class consists of powerpoint slides and associated discussion. Attendance is 10%, a small project and two tests plus a final. I'd take him again...

I'm half way through the semester. From what I see, his tests are really hard. He doesn't give simple test questions like many other teachers, most of his tests questions are at the MBA level and I'm not kidding. Wait until you take him, and you'll see what I'm talking about. The quizzes are not extra credits, they'll count 10% toward your grade.

Definitely is too strict. He has 4 quizzes (he gives them the day/class before the test). Tests are definitely difficult, simply because they are put in "several answers are correct.. but pick the best of the correct answers.." which imo is b.s. Definitely wouldn't take him again. Gives you no study guides.. period. Rambles in lecture.

This class is extremely easy if you have any interest in economics. Others in the class struggled a bit so i suspect its not so easy if you just don't care. Quizzes are extra credit and there are at least 4. He really tailors to people who are interested. Very strict on attendance. Seemed helpful. Just do the work.

Not as bad as everyone makes him out to be. This is the 2nd class I've had with him. Yes, it's incredibly boring and he's completely monotone. But there aren't any term projects, he has a really generous grading scale, you get to drop your lowest test score, and you could show up for the quizzes and exams only and get an A. Not bad, in my opinion.

This professor is a bit eccentric so if there is anything in the class that is technically wrong be prepared to feel his wrath. You must read every single chapter and grading style is wonderful if you are ready for an essay test over 12 questions. I suggest him if you like reading and are not good on attendance first test made a B.

HORRIBLE! DON'T TAKE! I am a finance major and I enjoy finance class. This man is the worst teacher I have ever had at UCO. He talks about stuff, then contradicts himself. You learn zero! The only good thing is his grading scale which he doesn't mention until after his first test. 100-80 is an A, 70-79 is a B, 60-69 is a C, and so on. Don't Take!!
