Good Teacher, Definitely very knowledgeable. Hard to understand because of heavy accent, but he tries. Very intresting course too. I would highly recommend taking this class if possible.

This class was a waste of time, in all honesty. I had heard horror stories about Kizza, but he wasn't bad to me at all. For his part of the class, I ended up with a B.

Worst teacher in the CPCS dept. He's very unclear in his lectures and his handwriting is equally bad. He will only give good grades to those he likes. Needless to say I wasn't one of them and I had to bust my butt to get a C in that class. It's all opinionated topics so it's easy for him to screw one student and give A's to another just because.

This guy, is a joke, no joke. He talks about all of his accomplishments, in his broken English, and you can only understand like 3 words after 20 minutes of his rambling. He thinks that his books are THE standard of CompSci, and he hates it when you multitask in his class. Avoid at all costs.

had teacher for many classes throught the major. Hard to understand, handwriting sucks,and I question whether his degree is real or not. I agree that he only gives good grades to people that he likes (extremely unfair). I got A's in all the classes except the ones I took from him. I would say avoid him, but there are no other options at UTC.catch22

As stated above, Kizza does not base grades upon know-how but upon how well he likes you. Get on his good side, easy grade. He is one of the worst teachers I had at UTC for learning anything, but a good one for an easy grade (if he likes you :) )

Terrible professor! Notes were not legible. I could barely understand him. Do not take him. Drop his class if you can. He did not teach me anything. I got to 160 and was lost.

This guy is a clown...he is so nebulous that you wonder if he really knows anything about anything. 385 in particular is a JOKE. 385 is an easy A, 251 was much harder than it should be because you never know what he wants. His grading was questionable as well...Avoid this guy.

Brilliant teacher, knows the material. Has a hard time explaining sometimes, but is always willing to help; has the BEST office hours of any teacher: he lives there. He *does* give good grades to those he likes :) He does talk quielty...accented...but you get used to it.

I have had Dr. Kizza for 250, 251, 499, 445, and 385. So I obviously like him! He is very helpful and very funny! He only gives good grades to those he likes, so get on his good side immediately!
