You can tell that he knows to much for his own good. Go to class and learn. Make sure you know the rules and how to apply them to scenarios that he talks about in class. Everything is on the test. EVERYTHING. 2 Essays for mine and 30 t&f. He wants you to put down everything you know! I didn't get to the second essay and got an A.

Jesus, Mary & Joseph!! This was by far the most horrible exam I've ever taken in my law school career. I'm not sure the exam had anything to do with this class. I like Mistick, he's a swell guy, but this exam can only be related to the enjoyment having a hot beverage spilled on you combined with being flattened by a PAT bus. Eek!

Don't believe a word he says about exam! "Sex and death are bread & butter of course" Then you get to exam, not one sex crime or homicide. Covers very little in class--just tells interesting stories, then killer test!
