He's really easy especially if you bring your paper to his office hours he will give really good feedback about how to make it better. It was a lot of work compared to other seminars that literally only watched movies but it was an honors seminar so it makes sense.

In the beginning he was easier we didn't do much but towards the end of the semester, he hits you with like three big papers that are unnecessary and ridiculous. Too much work for a seminar class. Much more work than any friends' classes.

Most caring professor EVER! Very boring but so easy i just do other work in class. Important that you participate in the beginning. 3 essays and he gives extensions if you use the JLC. I brought my graded essays to his office hours with "questions" and he regarded my essays each time. One time I went from 86 to 96. He will do anything to help you!

Don't skip his class or he'll hate you. Do raise your hand and try to participate everyday, even if you're just reading a paragraph out loud or pretending to analyze the text. He's easier on grading if he likes you, so just participate and you're in.

Professor Nagy is the definition of a college professor. He is kind and easy going. He allows what is best fit to achieve a good grade. He extends due dates in hopes that you will turn in a well written and A status assignment. He does grade tough due to the all the leeway received on assignments so make sure to bring your work the learning center.

Nagy is so easy! He practically gives you the answers to all the quizzes. He's always willing to give extra help. If you go to get help for a paper he basically writes your paper for you. He's an awesome teacher, take him if you can!

Nagy was boring, but very clear. He tells you what the final is the first day of class. He also tells you exactly what you need for an a and the work load isn't bad. Very good professor, if you can survive a dull professor.

Gives long reading assignments before each class but he's genuinely interested and passionate about his field. Give good feedback on papers and discussion posts, and will meet with students if they ask. Overall, he's a good guy and I'd take him again.

Professor Nagy was a great professor, I studied, read, and participated and got an A in his class, he tells you what will be on the quizzes and let's you even have your notes open during the final. Though his lectures are long and isn't always clear on what he says, he offers help to you when you want it. I would take him again.

Incredibly monotone, lectures are very bland, and a pretty tough grader. Overall, I wouldn't suggest taking him. He's a nice guy, his intentions are there, but his teaching styles are sadly outdated.

Prof. Nagy is a wonderful professor and person, you cannot go wrong having him. He does gives a good amount of work, but nothing the average college student cannot handle. Prof. Nagy is a nice, caring professor who will go out of his way to ensure that you do well in his class. I strongly suggest signing up for one of his classes.

Nagy is great. Yes his lectures are boring, but if you go to them and pay attention, he will literally tell you everything you need to know for the quizzes. We had two papers and is so helpful. Really good professor. His instructions are simple and to the point. Requires the books for class, but as long as you follow along, highlight what he says is important and take some notes, you'll do fine. His tests and quizzes are exactly what he says they will be like, and there's only 1-2 easy papers. Take him!
