He has packets that you fill in for notes and can study for tests. Homework is given almost everyday but it is need to learn a subject like Calculus. He doesnt use blackboard so cant see grades but he uses web assign for online homework but also gives book homework as well. He gives pretests that are exactly the same as the tests

This was my first time ever taking calculus. Apparently you need to be an expert in calc prior to taking this course. I didn't struggle but I did have questions at times like most students. I remember during class he said "I'm not going to spoon-feed you the material" in other words, he didn't want to teach and his lecture notes are from the text.

How can't ya like that guy? He's awesome, he makes understanding calc extremely easy. He's very structured and clear on what he expects. One of my favorite professors. He also has a bunch of corny jokes that are actually hilarious too!

Mr. Wilson is a great guy who is very straightforward about tests and quizzes. He makes you work for it, but is super willing to help anyone and wants everyone to succeed. He also has a bunch of corny jokes/stories that make you not hate yourself as you struggle to understand implicit differentiation. ;') He also is very structured, which I love.

All around great guy. Amazing teacher, very helpful, always willing to answer questions and help in any way. Let's you know exactly what is going to be on the exam and thoroughly prepares you for them. Not an easy class by any means but he makes it very understandable. Take him for any math you can. Does make very corny jokes as well.

This guy makes calc about as fun as it is going to get. Looks like the lorax but is super cool. Exams are straightforward and just like homework. Homework is randomly collected and graded. Standard fill out worksheet go over homework style. Very approachable. Your class attendance at the end of the year determines if he will bump your grade or not

Very good teacher teaching a difficult subject. Keeps class interesting with slightly off topic stories. I've started to like math. Took for college Algebra. Currently taking for business Calculus. Work load is somewhat high but thats to be sxpected in any math class. If you need help, he is very approchable.

Take Joe for whatever math you can. He is overall top two at his ability to "teach" math. He will present things so that you can understand them and will do whatever it takes to help you. He does take attendance every day and he grades the homework he assigns frequently. Show up, pay attention and put in effort... you can't go wrong.

Joe is the man and thats all there is too it. A month in to the semester I had a D in his class and he confronted me because he felt I could do much better. He did tell people that they would fail if they didn't change things but he didn't tell everyone all the time. If you do all the homework and put forth effort you will do well
