I took social psych with Dr.Susskind online. I learned a lot, but it was too much busy work. There were 4-5 assignments every week, plus an online review, post, and tests. It got to be too much and took over my life. The assignments were somewhat easy, however. He never emailed me back when I attempted to ask for help.

Really enjoyed Dr. Susskind's Psych 1 class. If you go over the notes in class, read the book and do the online homework the class is an easy A. He also curves his tests, drops your lowest score, allows make up tests and offers extra credit.

I took this class online. His assignment directions are very unclear. His grading is not fair at all, he doesn't go by what he says he does. I do all the assignments following his directions and still am barely getting half the points. Don't take him unless you have to. It's probably the worse class I've ever taken at UNI.

Online Developmental Psych class. Lots of assignments and discussion posts. If you keep up with your assignments and put some effort into them, you will do good. Tests are somewhat difficult. I thought the material was interesting. Just keep up with your work and it is an easy A.

HONEST TO GOD SUSS-BEAST IS THE BEST TEACHER AT UNI. GREAT GUY AND VERY INTERESTING. WOULD TAKE THAT CLASS TEN MORE TIMES JUST TO HANG OUT WITH SUSSKIND. HE IS HILARIOUS AND USES GREAT EXAMPLES. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY TO ANYONE. JUST REMEMBER THE SUSS-BEAST WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR PSYCH.

This class was very easy. He reads off a powerpoint, a little boring. The only homework was online discussions but they were short, you just give your opinion of the topic. Doesn't take attendance. He is a very nice guy. Easy tests over book and lecture. Overall I recommend this class to everyone!

Susskind is a great prof! He really knows what he's talking about in class and he makes sure you understand the material as well! Covers a lot of material but tests aren't that hard and he grades on a curve! The TA is really helpful with the tests! I didn't really need the book for class, just used it for a reference! TAKE HIM!!!

Developmental Psy with Susskind was ANY EASY A!!! Only 5 tests and a final...and you get to drop your lowest test...including the final if you have an A going into the final. Only one paper over a movie and then short discussions on WebCT . It's an enjoyable class too. RECOMMENDED!

The class is really easy if you go to class, take good notes and study your notes and stuff from the book for the tests. He's kind of a strange guy, but is nice! He never seemed to have answers to students questions about different psych related things, which was strange! There's 7 tests and you get to drop one!Pretty easy to get an A!!

He's a good teacher, uses tons of examples and there is class discussion/participation. He is also good at getting back to you via webct. His tests can be tricky, he grades on a curve, but they're short, you take 5 of them and he drops the lowest grade! His TA does a great job of review sessions the night before a test.
