He is also super lecture heavy to the point most people would just play on their computers out of boredom. Participation is super important and he will take off 3/8 points from assignments if you don't say anything. He genuinely is interested in his subject. Lectures were boring and I could never understand his accent. Talked forever and never had us discuss. I usually just sat on my laptop and did other work during his class, then Googled the material later to learn it. Unfair to nonreligious/atheist students in this religion class. Do not take religion with him. There was no point in taking it.

Weekly assignments, not a difficult class but not an Easy A either. He usually gives us an assignment if he is absent. The only real annoying thing is the term paper which was 6 pages long.

Best elective course I've ever taken. Super organized and grading is fair if you do as instructed. You can go wrong if you submit your work on time and read the book. He's very supportive and willing to help when in need. Awesome professor!

Religion 109 is a critical thinking class. It is not intended to preach religion at all. The class covers an overview of the major world religions(concepts, culture, history, etc) The research paper component was very interesting and the class lectures/group discussions were very informative.

I took his class online. This teacher is obnoxious and unprofessional. He reacts to your posts rudely. 2 weeks before it was due he moved up the date of our term paper by one whole week and then because we were short a grade made us do a 4-5 page final that was due 3 days after term paper that he had moved the date up on.

The greatest online Professor. His assignments are clear and straight to the point. You will need the textbook and his grading is fair. He does read each and every single assignment as well. I love the discussions on different religions and this class was very interesting. He's not one of those professors who you can take and not work hard for Cmon

Prof. Aguwa like to give alot of essay questions on a weekly basis. He does read each one of them, so be prepare to write. On the other hand, he is not so tough as many people have said. Be prepare to pay attention and be ready work.

I took this class online. Professor was not timely in posting assignments, or grades or responding to questions. About four weeks to the end of the semester he moved the paper due date by a week when it had stood at the original date for most of the semester. Then professor emailed me to tell me that an assignment was missing when he had graded it
