Dr. Stringfellow was my professor over a decade ago. I had never written an essay or prose before going to her class but she didn't hold that against me. She thought I was at a disadvantage and she helped me through the process. When I plagerized she didn't fail me. She simply pointed out my mistake and let me do the paper over.

Wow. I had no idea I could rate a professor. I took Stringfellow for English in 2003 at Oklahoma City Community College. She was really awesome. We had more fun and learned so much more than I did in high school. I actually know how to compose both essays and prose now. I don't always need this skill, but she made sure we had it. Thanks!

She made you laugh every session. There was never a time when I felt I couldn't do the work. If I got behind she found a way to make it fun and worked out my problems with time management. I was behind most of the time too. She allowed me to turn my work in late without giving me a bad score for it. She really cares.

Dr. Stringfellow could have made this experience so bad for us. She could have followed the syllabus and made us write hard and difficult papers. She understands that every learner has a different method of learning and she catered to those that needed more help. Those that were able to do the work on their own were allowed to. She is great.

WOW. The prof was over the top great and I wish she would have been my 1213 prof too. I learned so much and had so much fun. I was reading more for pleasure than I ever thought possible. I think she should have a movie made about her.

OK I never laughed so much as I did when I went to English class. I never knew what to expect but always learned something. I went away knowing exactly how to write an essay and how to spell or at least use my spellchecker. I have never had a better teacher EVER and I mean EVER

She was one of the best teachers I have ever had. I was scared because her class was one of my very first at OKCCC, but I loved it. I'm wanting to get into English Comp. 2 with her but I'm not sure she is teaching it in the fall. She has a two legged dog and you get to see it in class!

What a fun professor! She taught a lot about writing styles and used subjects such a pirates and football to help us understand. A very positive, upbeat class. Homework and class participation is a must but you will enjoy it!

She is a very ubrupt, unmoving, unflexible, & incompassionate teacher. She needs to remember that unlike high school instruction, the client at OKCCC tends to be older, have a job, etc, thus needs less hassle from the instructor..

She is the best English teacher. She goes above and beyond to help you out. She just doesn't help you in English but also for your scholarhships, finacial aid, and tuition waiver. She is funny and makes class great.
